I retired from the Police in 2010 after having completed thirty years of service. During this time, I qualified as a part-time youth worker and a residential care worker
When I left the police i followed my passion for motorcycles and passed my advanced motorcycle test, which led to being an advanced tutor for ROSPA, which i do to this day in my spare time.
i worked for some time in an educational behaviour setting before becoming a motorcycle instructor for the DVSA, and after five years i changed over and became a car instructor.
My passion is working with neurodiversity, including Autism, ADHD and Dyslexia. I am constantly seeking to develop my skills by attending as many relevant courses as I can. I have just completed a diploma in stress management, anxiety reduction and confidence building in driver training. You can see evidence of this in the continued professional development section.
